747EBHRA HOMEOWNERS MEETING AUGUST 1979

Landscaping: We need someone, to plan on a long-range basis landscaping requirements and to coordinate a bidding contract for planting requirements. HELP US PLEASE

The top of Eucalyptus trees need trimming. Jane McC1ennen will get competitive bids. Homeowners who would like their trees trimmed during the same time should contact a board member for coordination at our next meeting. The two trees in homeowner areas that came down, is hopefully, a warning to what can happen to other trees. When trees do come down, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to remove these trees from the grounds completely.

Two water lines need back flushing and we may have to replace these lines completely.

INSURANCE: Homeowners delinquent in paying insurance premiums will be billed by the association for payment. (Units 5827, 5837) as of 10 August 1979)

OVERDUE BILLS: Several homeowners have large amounts overdue to the association. They will be billed and if payments are not scheduled, then a lawyer will be engaged in order to collect the fees and penalty.

Homeowners, who are delinquent for any reason of $110.00 or more, will be billed for the money owed. Nancy Gardner will prepare the forms for the billings.

ROOFS: Thanks to Nancy Gardner for complementary roof repair. This was done last week

CC&R's: We have a number of rules to be enforced. The Board is not a police force, but it can explain CC&R's. All homeowners therefore are responsible for CC&R enforcement.
