Dear Homeowners:

December 4, 1979, the 747 East Bethany Home Road Association Board members elected to increase the homeowners dues from $55.00 monthly to $65.00, to provide adequate funds for in­flationary and addittonal maintenance cost increases.

 

Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions allow this privilege; in addition, CC&R’s provide for homeowner dues to be paid monthly, one month in advance. If pay­ments are not made within 10 days after the first day of each month a lien, subordinate to any first mortgage wl11 be imposed on said owners apartment unit and shall continue plus costs and interest until fully paid.

 

As of January 1, 1980 you will be billed direct.
