BOARD MEETING, JUNE 5, 1979
Liens and Assessments
Two separate liens on Lysaght/Tarrish property approved by the board:
1. Lien $270 and contact lawyer
2. Lien $200
If homeowners have not paid special assessment as of 6/5/79, the $3.00 lien filing fee and $3.00 lien release fee is due for each assessment.
Sprinklers
Sprinkler repairs will start 6/6/79; this includes the installation of a va1ve for the west wall. (Complete)
Landscaper
We are presently paying $450 a month for the service of two men (fifteen hours each per month) and equipment. There is a charge of $50 a month for planting and sterilization. It has been suggested by homeowners to obtain competitive bids and establish bid criteria.
Pool
The following expenses have been approved by the Board:
1. New chlorinator, approximately $40 to $45
2. Solve diving board problem (a crack)
3. Purchase additional pool furniture, 1 lounge chair and four chairs, approximately $200.
Roofs
Wheeler Contracting, which was scheduled to do roof repairs, is now on strike. Present money obtained through the special assessments will be spent on the repair of the serious roof problems first. Nancy Gardner and Paul Phillips will coordinate roof repairs.
Election of New Board member
Tom Lysaght has moved and left the position for vice president open. Fred Woodworth has been nominated and elected as the new vice president.
Railroad ties
Approved to pay $2.50 per hour to oil railroad ties.

Street Sweeping
The street cleaner comes every other Friday. On these mornings if there is water in the street; he can't blow the dirt to the street to clean up. Please don't wash cars, leave water running, etc. on Thursday evening or Friday morning.
South Gate
Byron Linton in the most southern unit
had clothes taken from his car and a wind chime taken from his patio.
Discussion concerning locking the gate resulted in the decision to leave it
open as most guests visiting the unit park outside the units to the south.
