747 EAST BETHANY HOME ROAD ASSOCIATION

Board Meeting, March 6, 1979

Treasurers Report - the Association’s financial status was given by Bill Fletcher.

Children - There were several comments concerning the safety of children playing in the private drive, especially at the entrance at Bethany Home Road, particularly at 5pm when the sun is very low. Please, parents, warn your children about this hazard.

Pets - The dog droppings problem has not been resolved. It would be appreciated if homeowners with dogs would clean up after your pets.

Renting - A letter will be sent to all homeowners covering the rules and regulations of the association's CC&Rs renting policy.

Sprinklers - All sprinklers are working with the exception of the line on the west wall. If you have a sprinkler that is not working, please put a note in the mailbox in front of the pool or use the yellow flag.

Landscaping - Please use the mailbox or yellow flag to voice complaints about landscaping, or make recommendations for improvements. Fred Woodworth can also be contacted to talk to the landscaper.

Trash - Please use plastic bags with a tie and place bags out as late as possible for pick up. This is to help keep the cost of the trash service at a minimum. Paper shopping sacks are not acceptable.

Insurance - Insurance for 1979 is in effect with Olliver-Pilcher.

Special Board Meeting - A meeting will be called as soon as the roof estimates are obtained. All roof repairs will be done on a priority basis established by the Board.

Homeowner Participation - The association needs more members to attend the meetings. The next meeting will be held April 3, 1979 at 7pm at poolside. If weather prevents meeting at poolside, meeting will be held at Marie Martel's home, 5824 N. 8th Place.

Volunteers - Volunteers are needed to do small repair work around the complex. Repairs to be done are swimming pool doors, oil railroad ties, fences and lawn chairs. Work party will meet March 18, pool side at noon.

Homeowner Request - Paul Phillips has requested to move his wood back yard fence out ten feet to utilize some empty dead space. This request was approved by the board.

Meeting adjourned at 8:40pm.
