747 E B H R A HOMEOWNERS MEETING, SEPTEMBER 1979
INSURANCE: The General Adjustment Bureau wants to settle the
claim with Unit #14 which would cost the Association $500.00. This amount is
covered by additional insurance. An attorney will be contacted on this matter.
SPRINKLERS:
Mr. Fred
Woodworth has been authorized to contract a company to repair the two home
units that do not have sprinklers.
ROOFERS:
Wheelers'
Roofing showed up on September 4th to repair four roofs. Homeowners were not
home to permit access to the damaged roofs. Wheeler said that they would
contact the owners the next time.
PAINTER:
The amount
of $700.00 has been authorized by the Board to paint the brown trim on the last
four units.
ASSOCIATION
PARTY: Nancy
Gardner will organize a poolside party, to be held Sunday, Sept. 30th, at 5:30
pm.
TREE TRIMMING: The board has approved $200.00 to be spent on
trimming and cutting trees.
NEW BUSINESS: A
long-range program for preventive maintenance re: roofs has been recognized by
the Association. Anyone interested in developing a plan, please speak up.
Revising the Association's CC&R’s will be
discussed at the next homeowners meeting - October 2nd, 1979 at 7:00pm., at the
pool.
POOL: It is every homeowner’s responsibility to: 1.
Keep the pool gate closed. 2.No children allowed at the pool without a
responsible adult. 3. Do not climb over the fence to get to the pool. 4.
Glass will not be allowed at the Poolside.
REMEMBER: WE ARE ALL RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR DAMAGES AND INJURIES.
BROKEN
WINDOWS:
Unit #8 and Unit #6 have broken windows, which need to be replaced at the
expense of the homeowner.
