HOMEOWNERS' MEETING

Liens and arrears were discussed.

 

There were several complaints about residents who habitually violate the specific rules in our C C & R's. These ran from excessive and late noise, messy garages with open doors, pool rule violators to the everlasting problem of illegal parking in the fire lanes AND in other peoples driveways. It was decided to send letters to owners of rental units whose tenants are among the continually guilty to make the owners aware of these complaints against their tenants.

 

 

Jack Brenner reported that the “Handyman Project" has to be delayed until October.

 

Discussion on bad railroad ties, painting and sprinklers was held. Action was tabled until the handy­man begins work.

 

 

A “Welcome to New Residents" letter was reviewed. It was decided that it should be simplified and mailed next month.

 

 

Congratulations are in order for our Treasurer (Peggy Erhart) who was married on August 9. She is now Mrs. William Merrick.
