MEETING

Our pool
received a poor report from the City Inspector and the diving board has been
condemned because of a crack in it. It was decided to remove the diving board
for the time being and discuss the pool maintenance problems with the pool
service man.
The Handyman
project was discussed and the search for an appropriate person is to be
considered.
Old liens
dating back to 1975 were discussed. Hopefully, this problem will be resolved by
year’s end.
Improvements
to the complex were discussed. The consensus of priorities seemed to be:
1.
Curbing
2.
Streets
3.
Landscaping
4.
Painting.
Installing cement curbing to replace the railroad ties and patching and
resurfacing the streets was discussed without conclusion.
