A copy of the amendment to the CC&R's relating to maintenance of the roofs will be mailed to each homeowner.

Motions passed:

To hire an attorney to process delinquent accounts. (homeowner’s dues, swimming pool key charges etc.)

Set up an account at Larry's Lawnmower Shop for repair on lawn. tools

FOR YOUR INFORMATION.

Everyone is invited to the monthly homeowners meetings. These meetings usually last one hour and it is a good time to get to know your neighbor better. We invite any suggestions. How can we know what everyone would like, if we never hear from you? Even if you are a renter you are still invited to join us.
