HOMEOWNERS' MEETING

Repair estimates are being made on roof that was reported leaking by the homeowner of unit 24.

Unit 30 has requested permission to build storage closet and hang two light fixtures in the carport. The board members requested a sketched drawing of the plans.

Unit 2 has refused to pick up the registered letter informing him of outstanding homeowner dues. Unit 35 will be contacted regarding outstanding homeowner dues.

The board was informed that all approved Fire Zone signs must be posted at designated sites by the Fire Marshall. If this is not done we are subject to a $500.00 fine.

The following has been voted and approved by the board members:

1. To put a lien on unit 2.

2. Spend up to $80.00 for Fire Zone signs.

3. Purchase a timer for the lights in the pool area.

4. Repairs to water sprinkler.

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

Thursday, February 5, 1981 5 Present

Subject - Leaking roof on Unit 24.

Motion was made Association will pay 3/4 of total of replacement costs of agreed on bid. Homeowner will pay remainder. Motion carried.
