HOMEOWNERS MEETING

Treasurer’s report was given.

FIRE LANES - The tow truck patrols the area and anyone parked in the fire lane will be towed away. There is no parking in the area whatsoever.

WARNING!!!!!!!! Several homes have had attempted break-ins. A prowler 5'10", thin, about 19, sandy brown hair has been seen in the area late at night. If we would all be on the watch maybe we can put a stop to this. A suggestion was made if we would all put our porch lights on it would light up the area. We will go into this problem in detail at the next homeowners meeting.

Motions -

A flyer will be sent to each occupant highlighting rules and regulations of the CC&R' s.

Regarding the McFadden property - association will accept back homeowners dues, and insurance (if it still is due).
