Homeowners Meeting - February 16, 1982 - Home of Nancy Gardner

1. Olliver Pilcher was low bidder and was awarded the insurance contract for the complex. Bill will be sent to individual homeowners.

2. Painter awaiting paint from California and will start painting upon its arrival. Paint has a slight shine to it, but looks good.

3. Nancy Gardner's home will receive landscaping.

4. A request was made for an inventory of tools owned by homeowner's association. Tools to be marked. Brenner/Phillips action.

5. Walk around with gardener to be made. Board felt gardener was doing a good job. Action Brenner.

6. Pool cleaning and vinyl spray coating to be bid. If the bid is less than $500, job is to be accomplished. Phillips action.

7. Please slow down when driving in the complex.

8. Petition to be given homeowners regarding barking dogs. These will be completed and sent to the Prosecutor 's Office for a complaint charge.

9. Pool draining and refinishing to begin week of March 15, 1982.
