Enclosed are envelopes for the remittance of 1984 homeowner’s dues. Please remember that monthly dues are $65; due on the first of the month; and late on the tenth, when a $3 late charge is assessed.

Major improvements to the complex in 1983 included replastering of the pool and street surfacing. Improvements being considered for 1984 are electrification of gas lamps for additional security as well as beauty and possible painting of buildings.

Your support is needed financially as well as participation on the Board of Directors. Please join us at our meetings to ensure the complex is well maintained and secure.
