Marie Martel was elected secretary and Ruth Brenner will assist by typing.

Treasurers' Report was given by Peggy Erhart. Judgments for non-payment of' dues are filed on Burros, McFadden and Stewart. Tom Vokmann is representing the Association and will pursue.

Pool work is completed. City has advised us that chlorine should be kept at 10 parts/million in a pool of our size. PLEASE _NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.

Painting vs. stucco was discussed. Research into best method will be done and reviewed at a Board meeting next week.

Trees are to be removed in common areas in front of 5812, 5801, and 5806. These and previously removed trees shall be replaced with 15 foot trees (variety at recommendation of gardener}.

Prices to be obtained by Jack Brenner on stump removals.

Resealing, of streets will be done very soon. You will be notified in advance and you must leave vehicles outside of the complex during the process.

Gas lamp electrification discussed. Marie Martel wil1 check on validity of previous bid. If it is under $3,000. we will proceed.

Donna Moore's problem has not been fixed due to inaccessibility. Our quote was $65. for repairs. It was decided to notify her to have repairs done at her convenience and the Association will allow her $65.

Small garage doors are not the responsibility of the Association. They should be repaired or replaced by individual homeowners when necessary.

The permanent “For Sale" sign of sandblasted wood was okayed for purchase in the amount of $200 to $230. Paul Phillips will order.

Ballots will be distributed regarding replacement of redwood ties with cement curbing, painted brown. This is in the interest of water conservation, neatness and lower maintenance.
