JUNE 1984 MEETING

Board members present were:

Bill Kolarik, Marie Martel, and Fred Woodworth

Subjects discussed were:

1) Project that is presently being worked on is the conversion of outdoor gaslights to electric.

2) Cable television installation.

3) Landscaping.

4) Homeowner's insurance - We will check with the insurance

agent and try to resolve the questions that have been asked.

5) Listing of priorities for the upcoming 3 years.(Not necessarily in sequential order):

a) Repair wooden fences

b) Repaint carport undersides

c) Having the CCRs/Bylaws rewritten

d) Repaint all brown wood trim on complex

e) Repair damaged stucco on complex units

f) Install a speed bump in SW corner of complex

g) Repair asphalt drive

We were also pleased to see some new faces at the meeting. We encourage your participation, since this is our Association.
