HOMEOWNERS REPORT September 1984

1)       Cable availability will be reported on during October's meeting.

2)           Two homeowners are in arrears for approximately $4000. This has to be acted upon. The matter has been turned over to an attorney, Mr. Bosco, for action. The decision to take the matter to Court for resolving was unanimous.

3)           The association will have a written summary of monthly expenses available at monthly homeowners meetings for owners review. This is to include the status of homeowner dues payments. Homeowners are advised that dues lateness and delinquency of $ 110 or more requires the property to be liened.

4)           Light pedestals to be inspected for secure attachment to the lamp fixtures. Action: Woodworth.

5)           Help. Homeowners with unpainted screen doors, carport clean up, garbage cans in common areas, to be asked via letter to please correct the problem. Paint will be supplied by the association. See Paul Phillips, 5811 N. 8th Pl.

6)           If you have a problem with exterior lights or replacement of light bulbs in the light pedestals near you please put a note in the mailbox by the pool.

7)           After fixing 7 sprinklers, it's obvious cars are being driven over the sprinklers. Help.

8)            Water in the driveway is most often caused by overflow from the west wall flowerbed. Lowering the bed or ditching the bed will take care of this. Action: Pape.

9)       Street asphalt repair to be followed up next meeting.

10)     Arlene Shreckengost to check repair cost of holes in the East Wall.

11)     Arlene will also check on garage door panel costs.
