MINUTES OF APRIL 10, 1985, BOARD MEETING

The meeting was called to order by Bill Kolarik, President, at 7:05 p.m., poolside. OTHER MEMBERS PRESENT: Marie Martel, Fred Woodworth, Loretta Pogreba, Kathy Kolarik, Dan Hayes, Paul Phillips, Lynn and Betty Knode.

TREASURER'S REPORT: Loretta Pogreba, treasurer, submitted our monthly report. This report was accepted and placed on file. Anyone wishing a copy of this report will receive one upon request.

OLD BUSINESS: To date $5,200 out of $7,600.00 in special assessments have been collected. Liens will be filed on unpaid units if money is not received by May 10.

Contact Paul Phillips (5811 N. 8th Place) if you need brown paint for the painting of your garage door.

A meeting is being arranged with our attorney to discuss any delinquent accounts.

NEW BUSINESS: A new umbrella will be purchased for the pool area.

The light base in front of Marie Martel's residence (5824 N. 8th place) will be repaired.

Please keep all animals out of the pool area.

Also a special thank you goes out to Dan Hayes (5809 N. 8th Place) for all the time and work he has given to us in the construction and repair of our driveway, and also on the painting of the garage doors at the South end of the complex. A job well done....

ADJOURNMENT A motion for adjournment was made by Bill Kolarik and seconded by Marie Martel. The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m. The next board meeting will be held May 12, 1985.
