The meeting was called to order by Bill Kolarik, President, at 7:10 p.m., poolside. OTHER MEMBERS PRESENT: Marie Martel, Fred Woodworth, Loretta Pogreba, Kathy Kolarik, Gail/Mike Van Landingham and Paul Phillips.

TREASURER'S REPORT: Loretta Pogreba, treasurer, submitted our monthly report. This report was accepted and placed on file.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. The east wall holes and Marie Martel's masonry light post repairs have been turned over to Paul Phillips for action.

2. The pool gate has been repaired.

3. The parts for the garage doors are due in soon. Fred Woodworth will be recontacting the following units to schedule the repairs: 5803, 5805, 5806, 5811, 5820, 5821, 5824, 5835.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. It has come to our attention that the pedestrian gate on the south driveway fence is being used as a shortcut by motorcyclists to speed thru the complex. As this is a dangerous situation, we will have an appropriate gate modification installed as soon as possible.

2. Paul Phillips will coordinate the patch/painting of the following, total cost not to exceed $500: 5821 and 5827 garages' North, South and West walls. Color is to be matched at Dunn Edwards Paints.

3. It was noted that some units are having a problem with roaches. Loretta Pogreba called the City of Phoenix about it and was informed that it is due to the 7th Street storm sewer construction. They are also doing all they can do to alleviate the problem.

ADJOURNMENT A motion for adjournment was made by Bill Kolarik and seconded by Marie Martel. The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m. The next board meeting will be held October 13, 1985.
