MINUTES OF JUNE 9, 1985, MEETING

The meeting was called to order by Bill Kolarik, President, at 7:00 p.m., poolside. OTHER MEMBERS PRESENT: Marie Martel, Fred Woodworth, Loretta Pogreba, Kathy Kolarik, Gail/Mike Van Landingham, Craig King, Andy Levy and Christi Petchel.

TREASURER'S REPORT: Loretta Pogreba, treasurer, submitted our monthly report. This report was accepted and placed on file.

OLD BUSINESS:

Liens have been filed on unpaid assessments.

Through the efforts of Bill and Kathy Kolarik an umbrella was purchased for the pool area and the pool light was fixed.

We have recovered money on one of our delinquent accounts.

We will be waiting until this fall (when it cools off) to complete the driveway overlay.

NEW BUSINESS:

It was voted on that repair of garage doors will commence as soon as panels are ordered. (This will take up to 6 weeks.) The cost will be split in half only among those owners who have backed up into their doors, but damage due to wear and tear will be paid in full by the Association (as per the CCR's). The owners who will have their doors repaired and painted are: Units 5803, 5805, 5806, 5811, 5820, 5821, = and 5835.

We have now instituted the service of a street sweeper once a month. The cost of this service is $80 monthly.

Please do not play with the "Life Ring" at the pool. It is there for a safety purpose and not to be used as a recreational toy.

There was a discussion concerning the removal of trees on common grounds. It was then voted that before removing a tree, a majority of the Board must agree on it in advance.

• request for the removal of the dead tree by the pool was made.

• vote was taken and approval was given. It will be removed by our gardener, at no cost to us.

A vote was taken and approval was given for an increase in our  monthly

dues  by $10 beginning August, 1985. Our dues will now be $75 so our revenues equal our regular expenses.

ADJOURNMENT A motion for adjournment was made by Bill Kolarik and seconded by Marie Martel. The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m. The next board meeting will be held August 11, 1985.
