747 EAST BETHANY HOME ROAD ASSOCIATION MINUTES OF MARCH 10, 1985, MEETING

The meeting was called to order by Gail Van Landingham, Vice President, at 7:10 p.m. in Lynn and Betty Knode's residence. (5803 North 8th Place, Phoenix, Arizona) OTHER MEMBERS PRESENT: Marie Martel, Fred Woodworth, Loretta Pogreba, Dan Hayes, Craig King, Paul Phillips, Grace Holly Porter, Lynn and Betty Knode.

TREASURER'S REPORT: Loretta Pogreba, treasurer, submitted our monthly report. This report was accepted and placed on file.

OLD BUSINESS: Grace Holly Porter asked about repairing masonry wall in her area. It was explained that this would not be possible this year due to the cost of the impending roadway construction.

NEW BUSINESS: If anyone is parking in the fire lanes, proper authorities will be notified and vehicles illegally parked will be ticketed.

Contact Paul Phillips (5811 N. 8th Place) or Dan Hayes (5809 N. 8th Place) if you need brown paint for the painting of your garage door.

A section of fence at the entrance to pool has been replaced due to corrosion. Cost of repair was $145.60.

Our ladder was returned to the pool area.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Attached is a Salt River Project Application for compensation (for a portion of the electric bills you paid to APS in 1983). You must file by April 1 to get your refund. (One homeowner reported that he has received a $150 refund.)

REMINDER: $200.00 assessment for road repair is due April 1. The first half of the repair project will be accomplished next week.

ADJOURNMENT A motion for adjournment was made by Grace Porter Holly and seconded by Marie Martel. The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m. The next board meeting will be held April 14, 1985.
