747 EAST BETHANY HOME ROAD ASSOCIATION
MINUTES OF OCTOBER 13, 1985, MEETING
The meeting
was called to order by Bill Kolarik, President, at 7:00 p.m., poolside. OTHERS
PRESENT: Marie Martel, Kathy Kolarik, Gail Van Landingham, Paul Phillips, Jeri
Friedman, Lynn and Betty Knode, Jane Shehand, and Kate DePhi1lip
OLD
BUSINESS:
1. There was
a brief discussion about the repair of Marie Marte1s masonry light post, which
is still in need of repair.
2. We have
not heard anything concerning the installation of cable. We are on a waiting
list, but will call for an update on the situation.
3. Units 5821
and 5827 garages have been painted.
4. There is
no further word concerning the repair of the garage doors. Fred Woodworth will
give an update at the January meeting.
NEW
BUSINESS:
1. Paul
Phillips will have paint available for those people who want to paint their
stucco walls and dark brown trim. He lives at 5811, or can be contacted at
279-5287.
2. We have
hired a new gardener (Chuck Hart). He will start the week of October 21st with
the seeding of the winter lawn.
Note: Our trash collectors do not
pick up garden clippings unless they are cut and packed into a container;
otherwise it is up to the owner to get rid of them at their expense.
ADJOURNMENT A motion was made to hold
the next meeting in January (when elections will be held), seconded by Gail Van
Landingham, and approved. The next board meeting will be held January 12, 1986.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
