MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 21, 1986, MEETING

This meeting was called to order by Bill Kolarik, President at 7:00 p.m., poolside. OTHERS PRESENT: Marie Martel, Kathy Kolarik, Craig King, Kathy Good and Suzanne Bracker

TREASURER'S REPORT: Loretta Pogreba was absent. A separate account to be set-up for the special assessment was approved by the Board.

OLD BUSINESS: FHA and VA financing approval was received last month. A copy is attached for your records.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. The Board approved changing the penalty clause for late payment of monthly association fees. The $3.00 late fee will be $10.00 after October 10th. This $10.00 fee will be charged monthly. The Board also approved charging a lien filing fee of $50.00. Liens will now be filed for delinquent special assessments or when outstanding balances exceed $250.00.

2. Bill Kolarik will look into large tree trimming.

3. Marie Martel presented her report on awnings for the complex. Awnings will be permitted, but only by prior Board approval (per CCR's). Awning designs have been selected, but color(s) is (are) to be determined. If you are interested in ordering, you can contact Marie Martell, who lives at 5824 N. 8th Place. She will provide you with cost and information.

A gentle reminder: The $150 special assessment was due September 1, 1986. If payments are not received by October 15, 1986, liens will be filed.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m. The next meeting (elections) will be held on January 1987, at a place to be determined.
