Minutes for Board Meeting of May 5,1997

Attendees: Walt Fedourich, Rosie O'Meara, Lucy Shabsin, David Cronin and Marie Martel

1. The entry sign painting and relocation has been completed.

2. The slurry seal project discrepancies were resolved and the company has agreed to allowing costs of

repainting 26 garage doors..

3. Rosie O'Meara is grouping repair needs into one job so that it is large enough to interest contractors to estimate it. So far, a bid is being figured from Nils Bjelde Construction.

4. Landscaping, with our new contractors is looking good. If you have concerns or needed repairs to sprinklers, contact Mike at 265-8005.

5. Back gate locking mechanism has been returned to dead bolt type. Please remember, when using the gate, you must use your key to both open and to lock the gate after you go through.

6. Fire lane road striping is still on hold for a couple of months until the slurry seal on driveway patches have been made and cured.

7. Olive trees spraying has been completed.

8. Liability in complaint by Walt Fedourich concerning building alterations made in his unit in 1982

has been researched. Since the city inspectors had approved the renovations, the Board notified Walt

to look to the city or the real estate agents involved for relief.

9. Replacement of 4 lounge chairs for the pool area was approved. Walt Fedourich will procure.

If you move the pool furniture around, please try to place it where you found it.

I0. Rosie O'Meara will contact Block Watch people to see about having a new presentation given here to all residents (both homeowners and renters).

11. It is with regret that the Board accepted the resignation of Agnes Woodworth. It is imperative that we operate as a small community and we need help from time to time on various projects ... some large, but most are small. Wouldn't you like to volunteer a few of your precious hours to help keep our complex one of the finest in the city? Call Rosie O'Meara at 277-7434. And Thanks.
