Minutes for Board Meeting on December 21, 2000

Attendees: Marie Martel, Michael Ricci, Nancy Monaco, Patty Banser, Agnes Woodworth, Rosa Lee Simmons, David Cronin and Mike & Stefani Smith.

1. Shasta Pools has been working on the pool repairs. They discovered leaks in the skimmers and the Board made the decision to have them replaced ($1200) in order to prevent water from leaking under the decking. Shasta had to drain the water from the pool and has agreed to acid bath the interior for free before we refill it. Mike Smith plans to submit a claim for a broken chair and two broken umbrella holders that their workmen damaged during construction.

2. Financial reports were presented. There are five owners with delinquent dues and one is pending escrow payment.

3. A proposal was introduced for landscaping services and was tabled for the present time.

4. The planned clean-up day was cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. We hope to hold it early

next year.

5. Water line repairs continue to need attention. Mike O'Meara has made two such repairs under the roadway. Nancy Monaco still has a leaking problem near the sprinkler control box by her unit. It was decided to address that at a later date.

PLAN TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL MEETING

The ANNUAL MEETING and election of a new Board of Directors

will be on Sunday afternoon, 2:00 p.m. January 21, 2001 at the pool.

The more participation we have, the more democratic and open

our association will be. Plan to come and cast your vote.

The Supreme Court will not be involved, we promise!
