Minutes for Board Meeting on February 16, 2000

Rosie O'Meara, Marie Martel, David Cronin, Agnes Woodworth, Rosa Lee Simmons, Nancy Monaco, Patty Banser, and Shawna Davitt,

1. Revisions to the CC & Rs were discussed. Several topics covered were: Insurance coverage, termite extermination normal wear and tear responsibility, office holders, and requiring owner occupation if sold.

2. The proposed widening of the Bethany Home driveway is at a standstill. We are not paying the $300. permit charge until we see if the construction cost is not too prohibitive. Rosie asked for a volunteer to research the cost of such construction. No one came forward. If you would like to take on this chore, please call Rosie at 277-7434. In the meantime, please keep way to the right as you leave the complex so that anyone entering has sufficient turning space.

3. Financial reports were presented. We have five owners late paying dues. Liens will be filed if those owners are 90 days past due.

4. Some solar lighting at the Bethany Home entrance has been installed by Mike Smith. He is asking for comments before finishing the installation. (234-1804) He will also be repainting the fire lanes - curbs and striping.

NOTICE

There has been a car break-in reported at 5818.

Be sure to lock your vehicles in the carports and

if you have a garage, keep the door closed.

There also has been reports of strangers walking in the streets.

If you see someone who doesn't belong here and you don't want to

confront them, call a Board member.

And please remember, if you use the back gate,

be sure to LOCK IT after you go through.
