2. The water monitoring committee has reported on usage for landscaping with an excellent report by Michael Ricci.  It was determined that approximately 17.832% may be attributed to landscape watering.  This is below what is considered normal winter usage.  They recommended that we change bubblers to single port emitters (drip system) at a minimal cost, and to re-set controllers to water shrubs for I hour every other day and grass for 15 minutes per day.  These times may need to be adjusted according to weather variations.

3. Financial reports were presented.  We, have had expenditures this month to bring the complex up to the fire code (signs and painting) but things look good for the future.

4. Our  insurance has been changed to Farmers Insurance Group.  The policy has not yet been supplied, but agent business cards have been provided for your files.  If you need a copy of the policy, contact Steve Meyer at Farmers Insurance (602) 870-0440.

7. The CC&Rs and By-Laws changes committee will meet this week for their  first review.

8. The Board approved the placement of a "wishing well" planter in front of 5820.

9. An Association Pool Party was discussed so that we can get to know one another and feel a sense

of "community." It has been tentatively set for Friday evening, June 15, 6-10 pm.  More about this will appear in next month's minutes.
