Minutes for Annual Meeting on January 21, 2001

1.
Shasta Pools has agreed to replace the broken furniture in the pool area.
2.
Water line repairs continue to plague us.
There was a big leak in the main water line near the
pool. Rosie spent a whole day arranging for its
repair. The plumber suggested that
perhaps by installing pressure valves on the water lines, it may minimize our
chances of water line breaks. Rosie
will find out the approximate cost and report back next month.
Nancy
Monaco (5839) still has a leak at the timer control box and it was decided to
address that at a later date.
There
are leaks under the patio at Shawna Davitt's (5830). Mike Smith and Rosie O'Meara will investigate. If the paving bricks must be removed to
provide access, it will be the homeowner's responsibility.
3.
Financial reports were presented. There
are four owners with delinquent dues.
It was decided to allow those owners until February 5th to pay
delinquent dues. After that, those
still in arrears will have liens placed on their properties.
4.
The changes to the CC&Rs will hopefully be ready for committee review very
soon. After that, they will be sent to
the attorney for finalization and recording.
5.
Nominations and election of a new Board of Directors for 2001 were held. The new Board is:
