Minutes for Board Meeting on June 19, 2001

Attendees: Rosie O'Meara, Patty Banser, Mike Smith, Betty Kizer, David Cronin, Agnes Woodworth, Rosa Lee Simmons, Lariana Forsythe, Michael Ricci, Nancy Monaco, Marie Martel and Brian Hanna.

1. Palm tree trimming has been completed. The wayward growing pine tree next to 5813 has been removed. It had begun to interfere with the electrical connection to the unit.

2. Trash can storage was discussed. Cans must be kept INSIDE garages or patios (on carports is not acceptable). If cans are visible from common areas, you will be subject to a rules violation warning and possible fine. The trash can at 5818 has been stored behind some bushes and neighbors are complaining about the odor during hot weather. Move your cans to the inside of your garage or patio walls ASAP.

3. More gravel is needed around the complex. Michael Ricci will bring samples of Palomino Gold to the next meeting so we can evaluate the type we need to buy.

4. Financial reports were presented. We have four delinquent homeowners who have been contacted and they expect to bring their accounts current.

5. APS is digging in front of 5811 and 5812 to repair a power failure. If you should experience flickering lights or failure of appliances to work, call APS for an evaluation.

6. The Association Pool Party was a big success. Everyone who attended had a good time. It was suggested that we hold another "social." Perhaps a good time would be before our Annual Meeting in January. We'll keep you posted.

REMINDER

Be sure to place your trash containers INSIDE your garage or patio.

They must NOT be visible from the common areas.

Please try to remove them from the street as soon as possible

after the trash pick-up has been made.

The next scheduled Board meeting is Wednesday, July 18 at 7:00 p.m. in the pool area.
