Minutes for Board Meeting on September 26, 2001

Attendees: Rosie O'Meara, Rosa Lee Simmons, Michael Ricci, Mike Smith, Patty Banser, Marie Martel, Brian Hanna, Betty Kizer and Nancy Monaco.

1. A floating pool cover is still being investigated by Rosie O'Meara as a possible way to save money on water/chemicals.

2. Tree trimming is still needed at several locations. Rosie will contact our tree trimmer to be sure that those trees are taken care of.

3. It was reported that there was "peeling" on the pool deck. Mike Smith will follow up.

4. There was discussion about certain shrubs dying due to lack of water. Rosie has tried to communicate

our wishes, but the landscapers apparently don't understand completely what is said. Brian Hanna will have

our instructions translated into Spanish so that the gardener understands exactly what we want done.

5. Termite inspection was discussed again. It is the owner's responsibility to pay for inspections.

6. Financial reports were submitted. We have no delinquent dues at this time. Good job, Mike

Smith, Treasurer! Our expenses are running very close to our income, so we have been unable to save as much as we had hoped toward the painting project. Hopefully, fall will arrive soon and the water, pool and landscaping expenses will. diminish some.

DOG OWNERS

and use them, when you walk your dog.

The next scheduled Board meeting is Wednesday, October 17 at 7:00 p.m. in the pool area.
