Minutes for Board Meeting on December 18, 2002

Attendees: Kari Root, Michael Ricci, Marie Martel, Patty Banser, Brian Hanna, David Cronin, RosaLee Simmons, Sherry and Seymour Adler.

1. Kari Root presented financial statements. Only one owner is delinquent with dues. We have received a credit for the disconnection of our landscaping water meter form the potable meter. Finally that project has been completed. Our financial situation is improving and is much healthier than last year at this time.

2. Brian Hanna has not been able to solicit more bids for the back fence yet, but will keep trying. He reported that a sliding gate with an included pedestrian gate has been recommended as cheaper and more durable since we plan on the new wall being made of stuccoed block.

3. The luminarias for Christmas are going to be out for three nights. Bag-filling will be at Nancy Monaco's garage on Saturday morning. Dec. 21st at 8 a.m. Volunteers for placing and lighting are: Walt Fedourich, Nancy Monaco, Patty Banser, Jan Ehn and Kari Root. Anyone else interested in helping can contact Walt at 266-5581.

4. Kari Root reported that she has completed our recertification for FHA financing.
