Minutes for Board Meeting on October 20,2002

Attendees: Kari Root, Michael Ricci, Marie Martel, Walt Fedourich, Patty Banser, Brian Hanna, David Cronin, Rosa Lee Simmons, Sherry and Seymour Adler, Kristen Retter and Agnes Woodworth.

1. The plumbing for water meter separations has been inspected and the hole filled in. We should cease to be billed sewer charges for landscape water on our next billing.

2. Kari Root presented financial statements. Four owners are delinquent with dues.

3. The Architectural Committee has scheduled another walk-through inspection on Sat., October 26th at 8:00 a.m. The group will meet at Kari Root's (5802). Anyone interested is welcome to join the tour.

4. Our Pot Luck Lunch on Sunday, the 20th was a big success. Sandra Leslie of ADT Security made an informative talk on home security. A bountiful and delicious lunch was enjoyed by about 16 people. Those of you who didn't attend missed a fine time.

5. A new lock has been installed on the wrought iron fence at the south end of the complex. Brian Hanna has obtained one quote to replace the fence/gate. He will have more bids by the next meeting.

6. Agnes Woodworth (5835) has again requested a fix on her porch entry way ceiling. Walt has offered to fix with furring strips.

SLOW DOWN!

It has been noted that cars are going much too fast on our streets.

We do not want to be forced to replace those dreaded speed humps, so PLEASE SLOW DOWN on our streets.

The recommended speed limit is 5 MPH.

The next scheduled Board meeting is Wednesday, November 20th, 7 p.m. at the pool.
