Minutes for Board Meeting on April 16, 2003

Attendees: Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, Kari Root, Kristen Retter, Rosa Lee Simmons and Michael Ricci.

1. We are very sorry to report the death of Brian Hanna. He was an asset to our Board of Directors and he will be sorely missed.

2. Kari Root reported on our financials. There are three owners delinquent with dues.

3. A work crew is being recruited for Saturday, May 3rd at about 8 a.m. The projects scheduled are digging and installing new sprinkler pipes at the East wall and testing to see if we can repair bad spots in the black top roadway . If you'd like to help, please show up with your work clothes on. And bring a shovel or trowel (or even some coffee).

4.The Board approved a small shade roof for 5802.

6. Several Board members are pricing pool furniture and umbrellas. Marie Martel will purchase a new skimmer net and lifesaver ring. Ours have suffered sun rot.

7. Kristen Retter has been appointed to finish out Brian Hanna's term on the Board.
