Minutes for Board Meeting on
August 20,2003
Attendees: Walt Fedourich, Jan Elm, Marie Martel, Kari Root, Michael Ricci, Patty Banser, David Cronin and William Calvo,
1. Kari Root reported that there are three owners delinquent with dues. Late charges are assessed for all those not paid by the tenth of each month.
2. Tree trimming has been completed throughout the complex.
3. A main water line developed a leak near 5814 and has been repaired.
4. Paul Phillips has reportedly completed his termite extermination. The Board thanks him and requests that he provide them with written proof that the work was done, for the Association's records, since an attorney bill must be justified.
5. The Board of Health has inspected our pool and notified us that we need to replace skimmer valves. Walt Fedourich has turned over the request to our pool serviceman for action.
6. It has been determined that the new plantings along the east wall need more water, at least for the time being.
7. Several projects were discussed and tabled until the weather is cooler.
Please notify a Board member if you notice a common area light problem (not lighting or staying on during daylight, etc.)
The next scheduled Board meeting is Wednesday, September 17th at 7:00 P.M. in the pool area.
