Minutes for Board Meeting on February 19,2003
Attendees: Nancy Monaco, Rosa Lee Simmons, Michael Ricci,
Brian Hanna, Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, and Kari Root
1. We are very sorry to report that one of our neighbors,
Vince Carrozza (5810), passed away.
2. Kari Root reported on our financials. There are three
owners delinquent with dues. Please get your dues in on time. Use the locked
Association box on the east wall of the garage behind 5815 and save postage.
3. A new
lock has been installed on the pedestrian gate at the south end of the complex.
If you normally use that entrance and need a key, contact Walt Fedourich at
266-5581. The back fence project is still being investigated.
4.
Termite extermination has repeatedly been discussed. The Board considers this a
homeowner maintenance responsibility. If you would like your home inspected,
call Ambassador Pest Control, 623-
245-5220, and ask for Eddie. Inspections are FREE providing that you use that
company if you are discovered to have a termite problem. Or, there are many
other qualified exterminating companies out there for you to call, if you
prefer.
5. Work has been started on re-landscaping the east wall. Thanks to Patty Banser, Brian Hanna and Mike Smith who have begun the job. There is still a lot more to do. If you'd like to help, show up on the weekend with your work clothes on!
