Minutes for Board Meeting on November 19, 2003

Attendees: Walt Fedourich, Jan Ehn, Marie Martel, Kari Root, David Cronin, Kristen Retter, Michael Ricci, and Rosa Lee, Don and Jana Simmons

1. Kari Root reported that there are three owners delinquent with dues. Remember, homeowner dues are due on the first of each month and delinquent after the tenth.

2. Landscaping committee and volunteers will be replacing needed plants along east wall after the first of the year, since we are now into the busy holiday season.

3. Walt has obtained repair paint from Shasta Pools. We intend to repair and paint the cracks in the decking next spring before pool usage begins.

4. The ceiling repair on the front porch at 5835 will be addressed after the first of the year.

5. The fire lane curb painting project that was postponed will be rescheduled after the first of the year.

6. The Board has approved expenses for placing luminarias throughout the complex for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

7. The question of establishing recycling in the complex was raised. Kristen Retter and Kari Root will investigate possibilities and costs.

8. Waste Management will NOT be collecting garbage on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day since they all fall on our normal Thursday pickup days. They will, however pick up on the next day, Friday.

GARBAGE PICKUP NOTICE

Remember, there will be no garbage pickup on Thanksgiving which falls on Thursday, our normal pickup day. Garbage will be picked up on the following day, Friday.

The next scheduled Board meeting is Wednesday. December 17th at 7:00 PM. in the pool area.
