Minutes for Board Meeting on September 17,2003

Attendees: Walt Fedourich, Jan Ehn, Marie Martel, Kari Root, William Calvo, Nancy Monaco, Kristen Retter and Rosa Lee Simmons

1. Kari Root reported that there is only one owner delinquent with dues. Let's keep it up!

2. Water leaks continue to be a problem. Walt is investigating a possible leak near 5827. He is also going to obtain bids for replacing our main lines so that we have an idea what the cost may be, should that become necessary.

3. Paul Phillips has not provided written proof that his termite extermination work has been completed (for bookkeeping purposes). Secretary will send a reminder letter.

4. Some of the new plantings along the east wall have died and need to be replaced. Landscaping committee will do so after very hot weather has subsided.

5. The pool decking has begun to show several cracks. Walt has been talking to Shasta Pools trying to arrive at an acceptable solution to the matter.

6. There has been a home burglary this week at 5801. All residents are cautioned to keep their doors and windows locked, garage doors closed and to be vigilant about noticing strangers in the complex. If you see anything out of the ordinary. Call CRIMESTOP at 262-6151.
