Minutes for Board Meeting on April 21, 2004

Attendees: David Cronin, Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, Michael Ricci, Jason Retter, Kari Root and Nancy Monaco

1. Kari Root reported that there are three owners delinquent with dues.

2. Michael Ricci and Jan Ehn have been working on the plantings along the east wall. Replacement hibiscus have been planted at 5806.

3. The pool gate needs to open out, according to new city laws. Walt Fedourich and Michael Ricci and Kari Root are trying to locate a contractor to make the change.

4. Reminder to owners who have fireplaces: It has been noted that some of the fire caps have rusted, which creates a fire hazard. Now is a good time to call a chimney sweep to clean your chimney and give you a safety check.

5. Palm trees are scheduled to be trimmed in June. If you have one inside your patio area that you want trimmed at your expense, call Walt Fedourich at 266-5581. He will be coordinating the work with the tree trimmer.

6. Jason Retter has volunteered to begin research on color schemes for future use in the complex. Anyone interested in helping him is invited to submit snapshots or addresses of pleasing examples to be considered. We know this is a way down the road, but it will take considerable time to assemble material for a general vote.

NOTICE

SPEED LIMIT WITHIN THE COMPLEX IS 5 M.P.H.

There have been several complaints lately about drivers going too fast on our streets. Many of you may not remember the speed bumps we used to have about every 20 feet to slow down traffic. They were very annoying. If you don't want speed bumps reintroduced in order to force cars to slow down,

PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY!

The next scheduled Board meeting is Wednesday, May 19th at 7:00 p.m. in the pool area.
