Minutes for Board Meeting on August 18,2004

 

Attendees: Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, Michael Ricci, Patty Banser, Kari Root, Jan Ehn, David Cronin, Nancy Monaco and Sherry Adler

1. Kari Root reported that there are three owners delinquent with dues.

2. The plantings along the east wall are completed. Decorative rocks and gravel will be added at a later date.

3. The Board is planning a walk-through of the complex to determine needed repairs and cosmetic fixes to get us through until painting can be accomplished. Anyone interested in partici­pating is welcome to join in. We will meet at the pool on Saturday, September 11th at 8 a.m.

4. POOL News: Please.. .if you use the pool umbrella tables during the summer monsoon sea­son, BE SURE to lower the umbrellas before you leave the pool area. There has been some damage done recently when one of the tables overturned with an umbrella left up.

Dogs are strictly prohibited from the pool area. It's the law!

5. OWNER news: There has been some concern during recent storms because rainwater collects in the patios of the center units. Will the owners of units at 5815, 5817, 5818, 5819, 5820, 5821, 5822, 5823, 5824, 5825 5826, 5827 5828 and 5830 check and be SURE that nothing obstructs the flow of water through the drain blocks at the bottom of the back patio fences.

If you have plantings near your stucco walls, DO NOT flood them. It wicks up and ruins the stucco. So does Cats Claw vines. If you have that on your premises, please remove it.

All owners should check with the Board before changing the landscaping in front of their units unless it is inside of a patio.

WATER WILL BE SHUT OFF between 10 and 11 a.m. on TUESDAY, Aug. 31st so plumbing work can be done in one unit. Sorry for any inconvenience.

6. Michael Ricci has begun the work at 5833 (new fence and landscaping) and it is beginning to look great We are all anxious for the completion.

Friday, October 29th at 6 p.m. at the pool. Costumes Optional
