Minutes for Annual Meeting on January 25, 2004

Attendees: Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, Kari Root, Kristen Retter, Michael Ricci, Don, Jana and Rosa Lee Simmons, Nancy Monaco, Patty Banser, Agnes Woodworth, Judy Farmer, David Cronin, Paul Phillips and Sherry Adler

1. Kari Root reported that there are three owner delinquent with dues.

2. Don Simmons reported that Cox phone service will be available very soon in our complex and will offer substantial savings on rates. He plans to supply figures by next month for potential customers to make cost comparisons. If you have any interest, please call him at 602-694-1653.

3. Michael Ricci plans to submit construction plans for Board approval on his fence project at 5833.

4. Don Simmons and Kari Root will obtain bids for the repair of the porch ceiling at 5835.

5. Volunteers Needed! We are recruiting help to repaint the fire lanes and curbs. Please report to 5833 (Michael Ricci's carport) at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday February 21st with your grubbies on.

6. Kristen Retter presented a bid for trash and recycling pick-up. It was decided to get another bid before we decide to change.

7. New plants are to go in at 5806 at the end of March. A question about door repair/painting was again raised. Doors are the responsibility of the owners.

8. Election of Board for 2004 was held. Board members are: Walt Fedourich, Kari Root, Marie Martel, Michael Ricci, Kristen Retter, Jan Ehn and Patty Banser. Officers are:
