Minutes for Board Meeting on June 23,2004

Attendees: Nancy Monaco, David Cronin, Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, Michael Ricci, Kristen Retter, Kari Root and Patty Banser

1. Kari Root reported that there is one owner delinquent with dues. David Cronin questioned whether we had an annual budget. Kari Root said it was supplied at the Annual Meeting.

2. The plantings along the east wall are completed. Decorative rocks and gravel will be added at a later date.

3. No estimates were yet obtained for fixing the pool gate.

4. Palm trees are trimmed.

5. David Cronin questioned our fire lane markings. He has since submitted a Fire Code which is different from when our complex was built

6. We have finally received information about recycling service. If we proceed with this proposal;

  1. Everyone will have an additional can to store inside their garage/patio
  2. Pick ups will be twice monthly
  3. Acceptable materials are metal, plastics, glass, paper and cardboard.

 Unacceptable are pizza boxes, gift wrapping, tissue paper and wood.

  1. Price for the service is $6.50 for each container per month.

There must be at least 20 participants to qualify. We welcome your input on this proposition. Please let a Board member know how you feel.

6. Michael Ricci has prepared a formal request to change the wall at his unit (5833) to appear similar to the one directly across the drive (5835). New landscaping on both sides of the entrance drive are included. All work will be at the expense of Mr. Ricci. The Board determined that this will not be a change of plat and the proposal was approved. If anyone would like to see the configuration drawings, contact a Board Member.
