Minutes for Board Meeting on May 19, 2004

Attendees: David Cronin, Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, Michael Ricci, Jason Retter, Kari Root, Patty Banser, Agnes Woodworth and Jan Ehn

1. Kari Root reported that there are two owners delinquent with dues.

2. Thanks to Michael Ricci and Jan Ehn who have been working on the plantings along the east wall.

3. Michael Ricci and Kari Root are trying to locate a contractor to quote on making the necessary change for the pool gate. They will also ask for a quote on repairing the back fence/gate.

4. Palm trees are scheduled to be trimmed in June. If you have one inside your patio area that you want trimmed, at your expense, call Walt Fedourich at 266-5581. He will notify those who will have trimming done of the actual dates.

5. Kari Root is checking with the Fire Department about our fire lane markings.

6. Jason Retter has begun research on color schemes for future use in the complex. Anyone interested is invited to submit snapshots or addresses of pleasing color examples to be considered.

7. Agnes Woodworth is pleased with the work Walt Fedourich did on her porch ceiling. Thanks, Walt for all your hard labor. We will monitor this ceiling for a time to see if it holds up well to the elements because we have 5 more porches and 9 carports that will someday need ceilings.

8. One owner has switched to Cox telephone and claims to save about $20 per month for all the same features on his phone bill. Please remember to notify Paul Phillips (279-5287) or Walt Fedourich (266-5581) to monitor installation if you decide to switch to Cox.

9. The Board is considering having a Halloween Party at the end of October since we have several new owners in the complex and it would be a nice way to meet our neighbors. Pencil it in on your calendar. More information will be forthcoming.

SPEEDING IS A PROBLEM

SPEED LIMIT WITHIN THE COMPLEX IS 5 M.P.H.

There are still complaints of cars speeding on our streets. Let's all be more careful about our speed before something horrible happens. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY!

The next scheduled Board meeting is Wednesday, June 16th at 7:00 p.m. in the pool area.
