747 East Bethany Home Road Association

Minutes for Board Meeting on October 20, 2004

Attendees: Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, Michael Ricci, Patty Banser, Jan Ehn, David Cronin, Sherry Adler, Nancy Monaco and Robin Shearer

1. Kari Root reported that there are EIGHT owners delinquent with dues. Please pay your home-owner dues on time. It isn't fair to the other homeowners to have to carry your indebtedness.

2. There are three units presently in escrow.

3. We need to express appreciation to four owners who spent many hours spreading gravel and pruning shrubs: Walt Fedourich, Michael Ricci, Patty Banser and Marie Martel. We hope to have a larger turnout when we have the next volunteer opportunity to save our association labor dollars.

There is some excess gravel available across from the pool. If you need some to fill in empty spots near your unit, feel free to avail yourself. The association will benefit if each owner would take a little time to groom the front areas of their unit. And it would look so much better, too!

4. The walk-through of the complex has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 30. Anyone interested in participating is welcome to join in. We will meet at the pool at 8 a.m. We will be looking at cosmetic and structural problems, landscaping needs and the possibility of adding some trees to our environment.

Halloween Party

Friday, October 29 at 6 p.m. at the pool

It will be a pot luck, so if you like, bring your favorite dish. The Association will provide hot dogs and sodas. Costumes are optional.
