Minutes for Board Meeting on September 15, 2004

Attendees: Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, Michael Ricci, Patty Banser, Kari Root, Jan Ehn, David Cronin, Lynn Rhodes, Agnes Woodworth, Jennifer Novak and David Hawkins

1. Kari Root reported that there are six owners delinquent with dues. Remember that after the tenth of the month you will be charged late fees. Please pay your homeowner dues on the first of the month but not later than the tenth.

2. The homicides at 747 were discussed. It was a terrible tragedy but fortunately the police were quick to make an arrest.

3. The walk-through of the complex to determine needed repairs and cosmetic fixes, which was postponed has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 9, Anyone interested in participating is welcome to join in. We will meet at the pool at 8 a.m.

4.We all are thrilled with the new entrance "look" that Michael Ricci has accomplished. Thanks Michael! It really looks great.

5. Michael is looking for volunteers to help distribute gravel to planting areas. If you can help, report to the gravel pile on Saturday, September 25th at 8 a.m.

6. Patty Banser has begun collecting paint chips for future consideration in the painting of our

complex. She plans to make a presentation board for owner voting.

Halloween Party

Friday, October 29 at 6 p.m. at the pool

It will be a pot luck, so if you like, bring your favorite dish. The Association will provide hot dogs and sodas. Costumes are optional.

We hope you will attend so that we can all meet the new neighbors we now have in the complex.

It should be a lot of fun and we look forward to seeing you on Friday the 29th!

The next scheduled Board meeting is Wednesday, October 20th at 7:00 p.m. in the pool area.
