Minutes for Board
Meeting on February 16,2005
Attendees: Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, Patty Banser, Jan
Ehn, David Cronin, Michael Ricci and Kari Root
1. Kari
Root presented the Treasurer's report. She reported that there are five owners
delinquent with dues. The Board voted to move $3500. to our savings account
which is earmarked for future painting of our units.
A question was raised about why our insurance premiums vary
in amount from month to month. Kari will investigate and report back next
month.
2. Patty
Banser is working on a final paint chip selection display. We plan to keep our
basic building color, Crete from Dunn-Edwards. We welcome any owners who have
an interest to make suggestions for the trim color. If you have a suggestion,
please send a paint chip (which should be semi-gloss) to Patty at 5826.
3. Some complaints have been received about excessive noise
between units from TVs and stereos. Please note Item 2.12 in our CC&Rs:
Any wall
which separates one apartment from another shall not be used by an owner of the
apartment unit for the purpose of attaching anything to said wall which is
recreational or which produces noise or sound in any way whatsoever...
4.Miscellaneous items: Jan Ehn will plant flowers at the
back Y when it stops raining. Also, arrangements to fill potholes in the roads,
caused by all the rainfall, will be filled when the rains are gone.
Upcoming Yard Sale
Saturday, April 9th starting at
7:00 a.m.
Since garage and yard sales are prohibited in the complex
because we are not designed to handle the traffic, the Board has agreed to
permit a yard sale at the back of the complex.
You are welcome to bring any items for sale. You should
bring your own tables or blankets for display purposes and be present to make
your sales yourself.
The next scheduled Board meeting is Wednesday, March 16th at 7:00 p.m. in the pool area
