Minutes for Board Meeting on June 15, 2005

Attendees: Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, Jan Ehn, Michael Ricci, Kari Root, Patty Banser, Nancy Monaco and Agnes Woodworth

1. Kari Root presented the Treasurer's report. She reported that there are three owners delinquent with dues. Kari requested that owners put their address number on the memo line of all dues checks.

2. Our insurance premiums to Farmers Insurance are $1,276.33 per month. The quotes we got for raising the deductible or paying quarterly, semi-annually or annually would result in minimal savings and the Board voted to keep our policy as is.

3. Jan Ehn and Michael Ricci have completed the landscaping for the small plot between 5815 and 5818 except for more gravel, which will be coming soon.

4. More discussions were held regarding paint colors for the complex. Walt will soon paint the garage face of 5835 (across from the pool) with new suggested colors for owner input on the choices. When you notice it done, give us your opinions.

5. Palm tree trimming is completed. Michael Ricci and Jan Ehn will assess other trees that were suggested to need a trim.

6. Walt Fedourich will attempt to purchase some new pool chairs from Target advertised at $19.99 each.

7. We all need to be more careful to keep our complex looking smart and clean. Please adhere to the following rules:

• Keep your garage doors closed when not in use.

• Do not use balconies for storage areas.

• Remove trash cans from the street as soon as possible after collection.

• Do not put planters or large vegetation next to the walls that abut other units.

• If you have dogs, please clean up after them and keep them from excessive barking.

NOTICE

NO GLASS OBJECTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.

Broken glass is a health hazard as well as a disaster for the pool mechanisms.

Please clean up after yourselves after using the pool.

The next scheduled Board meeting is Wednesday, July 20th at 7:00 p.m. in the pool area.
