Minutes for Board Meeting on April 18, 2007

Attendees were: Walt Fedourich, David Cronin, Marie Martel, Patty Banser, Nancy Monaco, Eugene Morin, Jan Ehn and Ron Carpio

1. The Treasurer's report was presented. There are four owners late with dues and/or late charges. Our annual report has been filed with the Corporation Commission to retain our status as a non-profit organization.
2. Insurance policy bids are still being sought. It appears that all proposals so far are very close in costs.
3. The new south wall has been stuccoed and will soon be painted.
4. John Bonar has been diligently working on the road repair quotes and has submitted a detailed proposal. The Board has decided to table this issue temporarily since it hinges on the completion of the new water lines.
5. The Board has approved a cost of $325 (parts) and $60 (labor) to replace the worn out light in the pool.
6. A patio wall that was leaning between 5803 and 5805 has been repaired.
7. The olive trees have been sprayed to prevent fruit growth.
8. The Board has approved the removal of the dead ficus tree in the pool area. We will get suggestions from the landscaper for a suitable replacement tree or bush for that area.
