                                               Minutes for Board Meeting on February 21, 2007

 

Attendees were: Walt Fedourich, David Cronin, Marie Martel, Patty Banser, Nancy Monaco, Ron Carpio and Paul Phillips.

 

1. The Treasurer's report was presented. There are four owners late with dues, assessment payments and/or late charges. The Board has resolved that the treasurer will notify those in arrears and inform them that they are in danger of having a lien filed against their property if their payments are three months or more in arrears.

 

2. Insurance policy bids are still being sought. Two were discussed. More proposals will be solicited.

 

3. The south entrance work has not been progressing as expected. The schedule will be addressed with Michael Ricci in an attempt to get firm work dates. We hope not to find it necessary to start the bidding process all over again.

 

4. We regret that we have had poor participation at the Board meetings of late. We urge Board members to try to attend as well as any interested owners.

 

5. Some in the complex have become lax about keeping our place looking neat and attractive. Please remember to put your trashcans inside as soon after collection as possible. And please do not use your balconies as storage areas .. .it looks very tacky to store boxes and furniture parts on them.

 

6.Trash pickup schedule for 2007 holidays is:

 

Thanksgiving Day – Thursday  November 22, 2007  …….No Collection

                                 Friday  November 23, 2007  ………. Rescheduled  Collection Date

 

Christmas Week -   Thursday December 27, 2007………  No Collection

                                 Friday  December 28, 2007………… Rescheduled  Collection Date

 

New Years Week -  Thursday January 3, 2008……………No Collection

                                  Friday January 4, 2008 ……………  Rescheduled  Collection Date

 

 

                   NOTICE

There have been several complaints lately about excessive noise late into the night.

Our CC&Rs specifically state that any common wall may NOT be used to attach any sound producing equipment.

Please, let's be considerate of our neighbors and limit our noise making to hours before 9 p.m.

 

 

The next scheduled Board meeting is Wednesday, March 21st at 7:00 p.m. in the pool area.
