Minutes for Board Meeting on July 18, 2007

Attendees were: Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, Patty Banser, Nancy Monaco and Jan Ehn

1. The Treasurer's report was presented. There are FIVE owners late with dues and/or late charges. If you are in arrears, please attempt to bring your account current to avoid a lien being placed against your property.

2. Eugene Morin is looking into renewing our FHA certification.

3. John Bonar has been diligently working on getting bids for our south entrance gate. He expects to have firm prices for our August Board meeting.

4. We have a new "approved" life preserver for the pool and a new cover for the barbeque grill.

5. We recently had a hot water heater in one unit's garage spring a leak which flooded the next door neighbor's living room. We strongly urge you all to check your individual insurance policy to make sure you have adequate hazard coverage. It is also suggested that you keep ALL plumbing fixtures in good repair. If you have a water heater that faces a neighbor's wall, it may be a good idea to install a tub under your heater with a drain to the outside

6. There are two owners who have untrimmed palm trees inside their patios. Walt Fedourich will contact them about getting the trimming done.
