Minutes for Board Meeting on March 21, 2007

 

Attendees were: Walt Fedourich, David Cronin, Marie Martel, Patty Banser, Nancy Monaco, Eugene Morin, Jan Ehn and Sherry Adler

 

1. The Treasurer's report was presented. There are three owners late with dues and/or late charges. They  are in danger of having a lien filed against their property if their payments are three months or more in  arrears.

 

2. Insurance policy bids are still being sought. More proposals will be solicited, although it appears that all proposals so far are very close in costs

.

3. The south entrance work will begin on April 5th with blue staking to identify the locations of underground utilities. Michael Ricci reports that work to replace landscaping water lines and timers will begin after April 15th.

4. The Board has approved a bid of $2200 to stucco the new wall. Dehart Painting has agreed to paint it for paint costs and $100.

 

5.John Bonar is still working to get the best price and product for the slurry seal job on our streets.

 

6. A new electrical box and timer have been installed at the south east end so that water is available for land­scaping inside the rear patios.

 

7. The burned out light in the pool will be replaced within the next two weeks.

 

8.. The tree trimmer has warned us that we have two palm trees that have become a danger for his men to climb .. The Board has granted Walt Fedourich permission to have them removed if they can no longer be trimmed.

NOTICE

There have been several parking violations noted lately.

 

DO NOT PARK IN THE FIRE LANES.

 

You are at risk of a ticket or of being towed.

 

And, PLEASE SLOW DOWN when driving within our complex.

We often have people going the wrong way and

there are some children living here that may be out in the streets.

 

             The next scheduled Board meeting is Wednesday, April 18th at 7:00 p.m. in the pool area.
