Minutes for Board Meeting on April 16, 2008

Attendees were: Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, Patty Banser, Nerijus Baronas, Nancy Monaco, Eugene Morin, Agnes Woodworth, Sherry Adler, Ron Carpio and Jan Ehn

Thanks to Agnes Woodworth, who again offered her home for the meeting out of the strong winds.

1. The Treasurer's report was presented. There are six owners late with dues/fines. Liens were discussed for those who are three months or more in arrears. Two owners will have liens placed against their properties next week unless they make arraignments with our Treasurer to make dues payments immediately. If you are having difficulties paying your mortgage, there is a hotline available for you to call for counseling and help. It is The Homeowner's Hope Hotline at 888-995-4673. Call anytime, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. Our insurance agent failed to show up at the meeting to answer our questions. It was decided that Ron Carpio would attempt to have our account switched to a more accommodating agent.

3. Replacement of the landscaping water system is being bid out. So far, two companies have responded.

4. The Fines Committee has submitted a recommendation which was reviewed and discussed. Marie Martel will insert changes and publish a new Fines procedure, which will be voted on at the next Board Meeting

5. Ron Carpio's papers on proper dog care were also reviewed and distribution will follow as well as being added to our web site.

6. Nerijus Baronas reported on our upcoming Pot Luck Party scheduled for this Sunday at 2 p.m. at the pool. He hopes to have another invitation distributed before then.
