Minutes for Board Meeting on February 20, 2008

Attendees were: Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel, Patty Banser, Nerijus Baronas, Nancy Monaco and Jan Ehn

1. There was no Treasurer's report due to the absence of Eugene Morin. It was reported, however, that two of the owners facing liens have made commitments to pay overdue fines/dues to avoid the liens.

2. Ten new pool chairs were purchased to replace the well-worn old ones.

3. Replacement of the landscaping water system was discussed. Michael Ricci is reviewing the blueprints of the present system. New bids are needed to proceed with this project. We welcome anyone who may have connections or suggestions of contractors with this ability to contact Walt Fedourich (602-463-9347) to relay information or to get specs for what is needed to obtain a bid.

4. Our new Welcome Wagon committee is working on a get-together party for late April. Details will be forthcoming from the committee.

5. There were no reports from the Fines Committee or from the homeowners insurance clarification question raised at the last meeting.
